Car Sales Executive
£17 500 Basic, £ 35 000 OTE plus car ( subject to conditions)
EXCITING OPPORTUNITY WITHIN A GROWING MITSUBISHI DEALERSHIP FOR AN EXPERIENCED SALES EXECUTIVE.
We are looking for a talented SALES EXECUTIVE to join a successful team at our busy car dealership.
The successful candidate will enjoy a fast-paced role with good opportunity for progression in this thriving dealership.
Previous sales experience is essential, though not necessarily in the motor trade as we will consider those who have been successful in customer service positions in other industries, as is a "can do" attitude.
Key Skills:
• You must be able to demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism with a proven track record of consumer sales and customer service.
• You will be a great communicator both face-to-face, on the phone and on e-mail to ensure that the needs of the customer are exceeded.
• You will be hungry for success and highly self-motivated to achieve your targets. This role requires drive, energy and commitment to maximise every possible sales opportunity.
• You will enjoy a varied role and will be involved in planning sales campaigns and promotions to ensure success.
• You will need to be numerate with a GCSE (or equivalent) in maths.
• You will be comfortable in using a computer and preferably show success in using a database to manage and record customer interactions.
• You will receive a basic salary of £17,500 pa** with commission from new and used vehicle sales, finance, warranties, service plans and paint protection bringing your OTE to around £35,000 pa. A company car will also be provided (subject to conditions, after a qualifying period).
This is a very busy, friendly and long-standing family-run dealership with high volumes of stock and an exciting range of vehicles, where no two days are the same and offers high rewards and excellent career progression for an individual prepared to drive their results forward.
