Work Pattern: Monday 8.45 to 19.00 Tuesday 8.45 to 17.30 Wednesday 8.45 to 19.00 Thursday 8.45 to 17.00 Friday 8.45 to 16.00

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our busy Mortgage Matters Direct Team working within the re-mortgage sector to ensure our customers are on the very best mortgage deal.

Duties will include:

•Contacting our clients before their Mortgage lapse date
•Building relationships with clients
•Meeting and exceeding targets
•Liaising with Mortgage Advisors to book clients in for Mortgage reviews
•Maintaining a compliant service in line with the Financial Services Authority and our obligations to/from clients under the Data Protection Act
•Updating records contained on our computer software
•Accurate filing of our paper based files, both while in progress and maintaining an accountable/traceable dead filing system
