This growth means that we are now looking to hire a Resourcer, to provide administrative support to the team.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you can expect great support and a friendly team orientated environment, with genuine opportunities to progress and develop your career within a fantastic growing organisation. This role is offered on a permanent full-time basis, working 37.50 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.00am – 17.30pm.

As well as being responsible for providing administrative support to the Recruitment team. The role also offers a diverse range of tasks as follows:

• Assist the recruitment team in candidate sourcing and filling of vacancies by matching the perfect candidate with the perfect job opportunity.
• Monitor advert responses, manage candidate applications and responses.
• Screen and interview candidates for open opportunities.
• Present a shortlist of candidates to the Recruitment team.
• Proactively contact interested candidates via telephone, sharing accurate knowledge of our services and job opportunity, promoting our client’s organisation and benefits.
• Provide feedback to our candidates in a professional manner.
• Formatting job descriptions.
• Prepare CVs and collate paperwork required for job roles.
• Accurate recording of candidate information on the recruitment database.
• Acting as the first point of contact for candidate queries.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in business admin or recruitment is essential.
• A strong team player, who is happy to roll up your sleeves and help out colleagues, but equally able to work on own initiative.
• Someone who is naturally proactive with a desire to achieve results.
• Great time management and an eye for detail.
• Confident and clear communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Exceptional organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to cope with pressure and work to deadlines.
