Experienced Sales and contract administrator.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our small team, working in a specialist niche of the construction industry.

The position requires a well organised, flexible, and enthusiastic applicant who as well as an ability to work under their own initiative, can also work as part of an extremely knowledgeable team. The successful applicant will be expected to liaise with both potential and existing clients, understand their requirements, quote for these requirements, and then follow up of these quotes, using the companies bespoke ACT sales software. Following on from these selling elements, there is a degree of project management required, such as obtaining prices and liaising with suppliers, ensuring the smooth running and completion of projects, overcoming any difficulties that arise during the works and generally ensuring a safe, timely and successful, completion of any works.

Predominantly office based in Dartford, but with flexibility to visits clients, suppliers and construction projects as deemed necessary, this is a great opportunity for the right person to grow and develop within the role, as well as within the company as a whole.

Ideally, but not necessarily, educated to degree standard, with experience of the construction industry an advantage, any prior knowledge of the construction industries health and safety practices, that the applicant possesses would also be considered a benefit. Good literacy and numeracy is essential.
