About the role: Are you seeking a part-time opportunity, freeing up your mornings and afternoons? We are seeking to appoint a committed and resilient member of staff to join our support team as a Lunchtime Supervisor. The successful candidate will be expected to manage a specific area of the academy during lunchtimes, ensuring that students move to and from the restaurant at the correct start and finish times in a calm and orderly manner. On the days that you are available to work, the hours will be 12.30pm – 2.00pm during term time only. Our ideal candidate, due to the nature of the role, will live locally to the school and have a flexible approach to working. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis so early applications are encouraged.

- good attendance and punctuality record

- previous experience school experience or be able to interact confidently with high student numbers

- good rapport and working relationships with colleagues and students

- effective communication skills for working with staff and students alike

- must be proactive and engage with students in a confident, positive and professional manner
