The ECA is currently recruiting for a Data Management Co-ordinator, as part of a team of 4, based in our Sevenoaks office. The role will report to the Member Services Manager and will work closely with our Regional teams. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, with a competitive salary and benefits package available.

The ECA is one of the UK’s leading trade bodies for the electrical and electrotechnical industry covering commercial, industrial and domestic sectors.

This is a key role within a busy team and its main duties are:

• Liaising with ECA’s regional team and industry technical certification and accreditation bodies to ensure ECA Member data is accurate.
• Gathering business reporting requirements so that meaningful and usable management information reports can be created.
• Looking for process (workflow) improvements, and drafting new processes, to enhance the data captured by the ECA and, in turn, the service provided to both internal and external customers.
• Contacting Member businesses to ensure that the ECA holds accurate and up to date details about them.
• Provide support to colleagues about using the ECA’s Membership database and help Members with using the Member only area of the ECA’s website.

If you have an excellent eye for detail and enjoy working with databases and workflows, and also have great communication skills supported by a positive outlook, then this is the role for you.
