You will support your team and the broader operation to ensure a culture of high achievement and constant professional customer focus is maintained across the business.
What you will need to do -
* Give your team the support and encouragement they need to deliver the perfect professional customer experience.
* The successful candidate will directly manage a team of up to 20.
* Motivate, drive and engage the team to go the extra mile and feel energised about the organisation.
* Demonstrate the value of getting it right first time and never accept less than the best.
The successful candidate will -
* Have excellent leadership skills and experience of managing high performing teams.
* Know exactly how to motivate, communicate and influence your team.
* Have strong analytical and numeracy skills.
