Marketing Executive

Barker Munro recruitment, a Maidstone based specialist recruiter are currently working with this well-established award winning insurance business in the area who are now looking to recruit a Marketing Executive.

The successful Marketing Executive will take responsibility for the marketing strategy of the business whilst working alongside the Marketing Director and Product department.

As the Marketing Executive, you will work with the head of Marketing and Marketing Director to develop and implement the marketing plan across business. As a marketing professional you will be able to understand target audiences and be able to adjust communication messages to it in the most appropriate way.

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for reviewing and recommending digital advertising opportunities across all mediums including display advertising, social, PPC, SEO and affiliates. At the same time, you will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the digital marketing strategy – Google PPC, Website management and social media. Other areas of responsibility will include, but not limited to, Email and Mail Marketing. Database marketing, print marketing, editorial, press releases and advertising and finally maintaining and updating the company websites with new content and innovations across the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an entrepreneurial company where you can make a difference but in order to do this, you need to be able to demonstrate that you are fully conversant with SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, PPC and other tools for ranking digital content and below the line marketing campaigns

Ideally you will be degree qualified in a business, marketing or IT specialism, but this isn't essential if you can demonstrate credible practical exposure in a marketing field. If you are able to display website design and development skills, this would be highly regarded as would be your google certification, if possible.
