Teacher of Geography – Gravesend
Paid depending on experience – Full-time – April Start


Supply Desk is working with a Good school in Gravesend sourcing for a Geography teacher to start on a full-time basis from Easter. The role itself is on a temporary contract but there could always be the possibility of the role going perm for the right candidate.

The school in question is an Ofsted rated Good school and is currently being spearheaded by a fairly new and fantastic Headteacher, who has set the standards clear for students and staff alike. The teaching environment is continuously improving and, whilst there are still some challenges with behaviour, the students are engaged with the curriculum.

The Role
• Teaching Geography to KS4, potentially KS5
• Planning and Marking responsibilities
• Form tutor and after school clubs and interventions

The Ideal Candidate
• Experience teaching Geography in UK Secondary Schools
• Knowledge of the Geography curriculum to KS4
• Can interview ASAP
• MUST have an enhanced DBS
