Junior Enterprise Risk Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Enterprise Risk Analyst to join our growing team, here at OneSavings Bank.

OSB are a challenger bank who specialise in specialist lending and retail savings. We've experienced significant growth over the last few years, with our UK employee base more than trebling to what is now exceeding 600 staff.

The primary focus of the role is to establish, document, maintain and enhance the Group's Strategic Risk Management Framework. The Risk Team plays a central role in achieving the Group's ambitious growth plans and the successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to work across multiple areas of risk management and liaise with other parts of the organisation.

As the Junior Enterprise Risk Analyst, you would be…

* Supporting the coordination and maintenance of the Group's enterprise risk register and related activities
* Producing risk appetite key risk indicator reports
* Overseeing and coordinating the review and maintenance of the departments frameworks and policies
* Creating and producing papers for management, executive and board level committees
* Supporting the oversight of risk management within the first line through training and awareness

* The salary associated with the role would be based on your relevant experience, with the range being between £25,000 and £29,000

Am I suitable for this role?

You'll be a numerate/scientific individual that has either qualified or are working towards a degree that is able to say 'yes' to the following questions:

* Do you have experience in approaching and understanding complex problems in a logical way?
* Do you have experience in creating and producing risk reports?
* Do you have strong knowledge of MS-Excel capabilities?
