Our 2 nuclear blast proof underground bunkers are the Ultra Secure option for companies who believe that data security is intrinsic to their culture and success. The Bunker provide ultra-secure managed hosting services, co-location and data centre services from within former MOD and NATO nuclear bunkers.
Reporting to the Service Manager, the IT Helpdesk coordinator/ task controller is responsible for providing first point of contact for all customer and internal incidents or requests within the company.
You will be responsible for the logging, resolving or escalating tickets or calls to all support teams, ensuring that all incidents, requests and problems are resolved within targeted service levels.
To be epic at this role you will be:
A Customer Ambassador – A great communicator, you will be the face of the IT team, making sure our clients are clear with what is happening and our IT guys are able to solve and manage client’s requirements.
An Epic Organiser – Making effective decisions with a pragmatic and solution focused approach.
A Process Junkie – Enjoying working within clear processes to make sure we work effectively and in a high quality way; constantly looking for better ways of working.
IT Inquisitive – An active interest in the areas of IT software and hardware and strong Microsoft office suite knowledge. Experience of managing and using a ticketing system would be helpful too.
