We are a multi-award-winning and highly successful Wine Merchant based in Lenham, Kent. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator (with a difference) to work in our busy office.

Your main duties will involve liaising with our courier to ensure the successful delivery of all orders (we ship globally), liaising with our global customers, dealing with our international logistic partners, answering incoming calls, and other general administrative duties. This is very much the tip of the iceberg as the correct candidate has the opportunity to quickly develop within the company.

Essential Qualities Needed:

Minimum Experience of 2 years within an administrative role
Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute
Confident
A calm, patient and polite manner with excellent communication skills
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Organised and methodical, with excellent time management skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work well within a team and also under own initiative
Problem solver with a flexible working style
