If you have some basic travel or marketing admin experience, or looking to transfer excellent operations/administrative skills into an exciting new industry - THIS IS THE ROLE FOR YOU!
Our client with an extensive length of history in the travel industry are expanding and building the business even further forward!
With development in their travel and client services team, they are looking to build a robust and expert team of individuals with marketing and coordination experience. You will enjoy a varied role which includes, but is not limited to: looking after on and offline marketing and brand material, being responsible for communications with customers whilst on their travels and building effective relationships with overseas clients and site reps. Coordinate internal teams' travel and inventories for work-related educational trips to obtain knowledge and additional marketing content to be uploaded for company use.
Your role doesn't stop there! There is so much more to sink your teeth into and working closely with your team manager to facilitate smooth communications between the company, their customers and their clients.
You will work closely with the Marketing team to keep brochures and guides updated, edited and proof read; ensuring the company's brand is represented with consistency and meets regulatory requirements.
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail when recording information, updating databases and loading and updating the product information stored on the Content/Website Management System. Utilise strong communication skills, written and verbal, to handle queries, amendments and emergency situations.
If you have:
- strong administration experience
- great customer service and communication skills
- Strong IT proficiency
- French as a second language
- experience built in a similar role and/or Travel
