IT Support Analyst - 3 months FTC
We are seeking to recruit a fixed term IT Support Analyst to join our busy Kent based office for an initial 3 month period on a temp to perm basis. The role will suit a versatile Support Analyst, well versed with Microsoft workstation operating systems, Microsoft Office products, network cabling, printers, routers and general first line IT Support.
This is an ideal role for someone who is looking for their next step in the IT industry and wants to gain experience in a fast paced, multi –site (we have another office in Aberdeenshire) organisation. Exposure to Office 365, Microsoft Cloud, SharePoint, Azure, SQL, Windows 10 and Server work will all be on offer to the right candidate.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
·Provide first level/second level Help Desk support to end users
· Resolve a variety of issues and identify research and resolve technical problems
·Monitor help-desk line and ticket system, log service requests, and handle or distribute service requests
·Troubleshoot and identify sources of hardware/software issues; take corrective action
·Interact with personnel productively and positively and facilitate healthy communication and relationships
Experience & skills
·Previous experience of supporting user hardware and software in a similar role and environment
·Excellent understanding of Microsoft operating systems and productivity software such as Word, Excel and Outlook
