My client who are a recruitment consultancy, based in Sevenoaks are now looking for an office support person.
Your role will consist of:
Sales Support
CRM administrator - system usage, administer goals & quotas, run reports
Terms & Condition administration - saving and tracking terms agreed
Placement administration - Contractor generation, contractor compliance and on-boarding, aftercare
Finance
Revenue forecast - tracking placements made, revenue forecasted, actual revenue recognised
Collate contractor timesheets and invoices
Generate client sales invoices
Process contractor payments
Credit control
Process supplier invoices and payments
Liaise with Accountants for Cashflow projection
Provide internal staff payroll info to Accountant and ensure payments are made to clear on 28thof each month
Office
Manage supplier relationships including:
IT Support - Communicate Better
Accountants - Tax Assist
CRM - Bullhorn
Financial System -Xero
HR - prepare and managed the new employee on-boarding and related admin, coordinate performance reviews, probation periods
Ideal Candidate
Previous experience or knowledge of working in a Recruitment environment or a fast paced Sales environment.
Ability to pick up finance function
Good communication - rapport building skills
Highly organised - keen attention for detail
Proficient in Microsoft applications especially Excel and CRM systems
Willingness to perform additional duties when required
Takes pride in work and in self
Negotiable annual basic salary Pro Rata if part time and benefits.
