Intercrop is a leading producer of high quality crops in the South East of England and Spain, we currently employ 50 full time and up to 70 seasonal staff during peak season, based at our headquarters near Deal in Kent.
We are seeking to appoint a committed, enthusiastic individual to the position of Human Resources Manager
A bright, personable individual, keen to progress your career in personnel, you may be studying towards, or have recently achieved a recognised HR qualification. Alternatively, you may already be working within an HR department and looking for your next opportunity to progress.
This is a diverse, hands on role encompassing all aspects of HR and staff welfare, and operating at all levels across the business, and for which you will be able to demonstrate a range of skills, including:
• A good knowledge of current UK employment law and best practices
• Strong communication skills, and an ability to interact with people at all levels across the business, including those with limited knowledge of the English language
• An objective, flexible, common sense approach to problem resolution
• An ability to effectively manage and prioritise day to day responsibilities
• Ablility to work both under your own initiative as well as part of the wider operational management team
