Property Valuation Lister Marketing Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Property Valuation Listing Consultant to join our highly successful client based in their Sittingbourne Branch. Must have Full Clean driving licence.

Basic Salary: £20,000 On Target Earnings: £40,000 + Car or Car Allowance
Location: Faversham
Work Pattern: 5-day week to include some Saturdays

Work side by side with customers
Winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market
Working towards set targets
Deputising for Branch Manager as necessary, running morning meetings and coaching sessions
Generating sales leads for property viewings, mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings and property valuations
Telephone, email and face to face client contact
Make sure you are always that one step ahead of your competition
