Our mission is to promote, develop and facilitate social action, support independence and empower communities. User and volunteer engagement, leadership and involvement in decision making are core principles.
We deliver a wide range of services in partnership with funders, public sector commissioners and private sector sponsors to children and young people, older people, carers, and volunteers.
Underpinning our work is a commitment to excellence, evidencing impact and safeguarding vulnerable people.
Imago offers a competitive remuneration package consisting of salary, contributory pension, healthcare benefits and 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
Are you passionate about children reaching their full potential?
Are you confident, self-motivated, flexible, and have a ‘can do’ attitude?
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team working with children and young people with mild to moderate disabilities. Imago is a leading charity providing support and opportunities to people across the South East.
You will join an established team and have responsibility for a dedicated area. Following training, you will manage an existing caseload, new referrals and deliver a programme of after school café-style groups (8-15 years), Saturday Clubs (15-19 years) and school holiday trips.
In this role, you will plan, organise and risk assess fun and engaging group activities that support personal and social development, and promote independence. You will work with local businesses, services and communities to ensure equality of access.

In addition, you will build trusted relationships with families by keeping in regular communication.
