Farrer Barnes are working with an eminent local business to recruit a HR Business Partner to be responsible for the operation and development of the HR function within the company.
The ideal candidate will grow with the organisation whilst building a service that will meet the varied needs of the business
The role will include:
Developing and leading HR strategy;
Advising and supporting managers with all aspects of HR;
Developing and maintaining policies, procedures, guidance and process;
Working as part of a team to continue to develop the HR department and brand of the company alike;
We are looking for someone who:
Is an outstanding practitioner who can raise standards, with proven experience in HR;
Is an outstanding team player;
Is Level 5 CIPD qualified or equivalent;
Has the ability to work as part of a forward-looking team;
This post would be suitable for someone who has proven experience in an HR business partner. The successful candidate must Have excellent communication skills, the ability to assume full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the HR function and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
