Individuals should be confident in their own abilities, as well as being approachable and able to guide others through their work. Those in coaching positions are at the cutting edge of their commitment to provide every learner with an outstanding experience, and to help clients see a clear return on their investment.

Individuals will need a good understanding of financial services (especially insurance) and some L&D experience, or be a fully qualified apprenticeship coach/assessor that has a little financial background. Candidates must also possess a full, clean driving licence.
