Training Consultant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Consultant to join our growing team, here at OneSavings Bank.

OSB are a challenger bank who specialise in specialist lending and retail savings. We've experienced significant growth over the last few years, with our UK employee base more than trebling to what is exceeding 600 staff.

The primary focus of the role is to support our People Development team with the design and delivery of a range of learning activities and coaching of our stakeholders.

As the Training Consultant, you would be…

* Delivering core learning content including our Company induction and L&D soft skills
* Effectively engaging with our stakeholders and Learning Consultancy to develop Training requests
* Designing learning material for delivery once signed off
* Reporting on agreed KPI's

This role will require fairly frequent travel between all our sites including Fareham. This is dependent on training delivery taking place.

* The salary associated with the role would be based on your relevant experience, with the range being between £31,000 and £34,000

You'll be a motivated, customer focussed and conscientious individual who is able to say 'yes' to the following questions:

* Do you have existing experience designing and delivering a wide range of learning orientated workshops and coaching sessions?
* Do you have previous experience in an L&D role?
* Do you have working knowledge of best practice techniques to undertake effective TNA's?
