The Client

Our client is a specialist recruiter within investment banking working with Fast Track 100 Companies and they are currently looking to expand their team. This is a great opportunity to join a market leading recruitment business working across the investment banking sector placing senior individuals. They have a huge national presence but are located in stylish purpose-built offices in the East Sussex countryside.

The Role

The role that our client is recruiting for currently is a 360 Recruitment Consultant position where you will have access to an impressive client base with roles to work on immediately.

You will also be tasked with driving new business and growing accounts. The role comprises a number of daily activities which include generating and qualifying, making outbound calls, conducting candidate interviews and attending client meetings.

The Requirements

• Minimum A Levels required in terms of education
• Excellent communication/interpersonal/networking skills
• Ambitious, driven and self-motivated
• Smart, well-presented and client-facing

The Candidate

Most importantly the candidate must be energetic and pro-active in their approach. This role would suit someone who has previously worked within recruitment, who may be returning from a recent career break or has experience working for a busy recruitment agency in London looking to improve their work life balance and work closer to home in a friendly working environment for a company that rewards.
