A leading law firm with multiple offices are currently seeking a HR Secretary/PA to join their busy HR team, based in Tunbridge Wells. The role will be predominantly supporting the Head of HR, and assisting with a variety of duties.
The successful HR Secretary/PA will be responsible for duties such as:
* Diary management (using Outlook)
* General secretarial admin duties such as correspondence, handling phone calls, filing, scanning etc.
* Maintaining electronic files on all employees
* Preparing for and attending meetings - agendas and taking minutes/notes
* Handling internal post and documents
* Some events planning/organising
* Drafting reports
The successful HR Secretary/PA will offer the following background/skill set:
* At least 1 years experience within a secretarial/PA role - ideally gained within professional services
* Strong IT skills - including MS Office and ideally CMS
* Offer confident communication skills - written and verbal
* Be presentable
* Fast and accurate typing skills
* Be able to work under pressure, remaining calm and professional at all times
* Be highly organised
* High attention to detail
* Be able to work in a confidential environment, handling confidential information
