Clark James Insurance Recruitment have a vacancy with an expanding large Insurance broker who are looking for an experienced new team member. They are seeking a new Commercial Account Handler to join their large and impressive Tunbridge Wells office which offers free parking and excellent facilities for the staff who are very loyal.
The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of two years of experience dealing with commercial clients giving appropriate advice and a quality service in connection with renewals and mid-term adjustments, whilst having regard to treating customers fairly and in accordance with regulatory obligations, upholding a professional image, and maximising business opportunities and profit for the company.
Excellent customer service and organisational skills are paramount, along with good communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
Ideally you will have some CII certification but this isn’t essential.
