A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Office Manager to join my clients head office in Rochester Kent.

This established company has been a market leader in the office supplies industry for the last 30 years and has an established account base within London and the south east.

They are looking to recruit a Sales & Office Manager to assist in the management & growth of existing accounts, and pursue new business opportunities when they arise.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing and growing an established sales team
• Reporting directly to the MD
• Dealing with suppliers and negotiating rates
• Drive sales and identify leads
• Oversee and manage key accounts
• Assist in any other depts. when needed
• Enable your team to achieve individual targets

We are looking for candidates who have a flair for sales and enjoying inspiring sales teams to hit KPI’s. You will need to be self-motivated and have the ability to work well in fast-paced and dynamic industry.

Other key skills needed are:

• Account manager of high end accounts
• Ability to identify training needs
• To diversify and keen to learn
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to negotiate with clients and suppliers

In return, you will be offered a very good basic salary, good working hours, 24 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, working state pension with the potential to earn good commission and working with a great team.
