Expense Reduction Analysts, a leading global B2B consulting business based in West Malling, Kent, is looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join its busy team. This office-based role will lead a major new initiative within our European franchise organisation: an in-house incubator for piloting and advancing strategic projects that have the potential to change our business and will scale across our 35+ countries globally. You will work closely with the senior management team on selected projects, coordinating all stakeholders and threats of activity whilst ensuring visibility on pilots and roll-out of initiatives within the network of consultants in Europe.

You will work in our sales and marketing team in the UK office, developing ideas for and in partnership with a network of 600+ worldwide consultants. A key aspect of the role is to drive strategic partnerships and alliances for the development of future business opportunities for our consultants.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, global consulting firm with a wide breadth of areas of interest. You should have an excellent 'digital-native' level of understanding across the whole range of business and technology and a keen eye for spotting trends and for working with numbers.


You should bring to the role a high level of knowledge and experience in business and commercial activity, including:

- Project Management
- Sales & Marketing in general
- Business Model generation
- Social media; especially LinkedIn
- Controlling and Reporting KPIs for a steering committee
- Internal management of work groups and strategic initiatives


Additional skills and experience:

- Excellent time & self-management skills
- Experience of working in an international environment
- Familiar with the full suite of MS Office tools
- Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe from time to time
- Enthusiastic professional attitude
