With our mail order operation based out of Tonbridge, we are one of the UK’s leading Electrical Wholesalers with 12 QVS branches across the South East and 11 Ryness branches across London. Our vision is to support and develop long lasting careers for people with experience in an Electrical Wholesale capacity.
Responsibilities
Processing sales orders and providing quotations
Providing exceptional customer service
Building and maintaining relationships with customers, both existing and new
Proactively calling accounts on the existing customer list to establish current requirements
Following up on orders and quotations.
What we are looking for in you
Confidence in developing new, lapsed and existing customer accounts to maximise sales
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Able to build relationships with customers and colleagues
Good product knowledge retention
Someone malleable, if you don't have all of the desired skills we will get you up to speed
Salary dependent upon experience
