Are you keen to progress in a HR, Payroll & Recruitment environment? If you are, then this is the job for you as we have exciting opportunities available within our HR Delivery Team. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our customer focused teams to embrace our values within Cantium Business Solutions.

The Recruitment Team - You will provide advice to our customers on all aspects of the recruitment life cycle utilising a Recruitment Management System to enable the progression of a vacancy from advertisement through to appointment. This includes processing of all interviews, offers of employment and necessary pre-employment checks, the issuing of contracts, transactional payroll and data inputting.

The HR & Payroll Operations Teams - You will provide a complete service to support aspects of HR and payroll during the employment lifecycle. This will involve inputting changes such as working hours, maternity, absence and leavers as well as producing required information for the pension scheme administrators. You will also be required to support customer enquiries and queries over the telephone, email and live chat.

We pride ourselves on providing a professional integrated HR, Payroll and Recruitment service to KCC, Schools and external organisations, whilst complying with statutory and policy obligations.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy office environment, use a Payroll and HR database within an operational administration team and gain knowledge of relevant legislation surrounding Payroll and Employment Law. You will have the support of a Customer Relationship Management system to plan and organise your workload to meet targets and payroll deadlines.

We are looking for motivated individuals who are looking to build upon their career and work within a fast paced environment but still want to learn new challenges every day whilst delivering our diverse and professional services. You will receive a detailed Induction and training programme, a support buddy, regular one-to-one meetings with your supervisor and have an on-going development plan.
