Business Analyst - Maidstone - £65,000

We are working with a leading client of ours, based in Maidstone, they are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join the growing team on a permanent basis. You will be working for a leading provider of security solutions, with offices across the Americas, Europe and Asia with users worldwide this is a great opportunity to work for a well know name within the industry.

Duties:

* Perform Requirement gathering, Analysis documentation and Stakeholder Management.
* Lead review of current business processes and develop strategies
* Quantify benefits and present proposal for change
* Ensure solutions meet the business needs
* Perform user acceptance testing
* Organise workshops and design and deliver training to staff on new systems
* Provide support in other areas of the project as needed

Experience:

* Good experience in IT business analysis or a related field
* Experience working Salesforce CRM implementation projects or similar
* Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
* Great technical skills
* Advanced documentation skills
* Previous experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations
* Experience designing and delivering User Training
* Experience of designing UAT test scripts
* Great planning, organizational, and time management skills
