My client based in Ashford is looking for quick and accurate Data Entry Administrator

My successful client is currently looking to recruit a Administrator on an on going temporary basis to join their busy team in Ashford.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with in a friendly, sociable and supportive environment. It requires a good working knowledge of Microsoft software including Excel, Word & Outlook as there is a need for accurate data entry and report preparation.

Some of these duties will include -

* Data entry of invoices
* Coding of invoices
* Transferring ad hoc bits of information between systems
* Providing excellent customer service to customers
* Ensuring the accuracy of the information on the system
* Handling calls in a professional manor
