The role: Employment is the best route out of poverty and homelessness. You will work with the people we support, helping them find a work experience and paid jobs that are suited to their skills.

This will be done via our award-winning employment scheme for people who have been homeless. The role involves helping people to improve their employment prospects, providing employment advice and building relationships with employers who work with (or want to work with) Porchlight.

This role requires:

Good communication and people skills
The ability to work with multiple clients at once
Experience of delivering employment advice and support
The ability to build strong relationships with business professionals from a wide variety of backgrounds
A full driving licence and access to a car (subject to the provisions of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 and Equality Act 2010).
