1st/2nd Line Support Engineer - Mid Kent - Up to £25,000 - ASAP Start
I have an excellent opportunity for a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to join an award winning business based in Kent.
Day to day you will be providing 1st/2nd line desktop support across the business to all of the company's users, working closely with a hands on manager on IT change projects, maintenance and upgrades.
Other duties will include working on the company's ERP systems, running SQL queries, creating and producing reports for multiple departments for streamlining and productivity improvement.
Skills required:
* 1st/2nd Line Engineer experience
* Excellent knowledge of Windows 10, MS Office 2010 & 365, PC Hardware/accessories and basic Network troubleshooting skills
* Must have experience with ERP systems and creating SQL queries
* Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
