Our client, a leader in their field, are seeking a strong Administrator to support their HR department.
This is an extremely busy roles that requires someone who is good at multi-tasking, work under pressure, can use their own initiative, and someone who is energetic and switched on!
The duties will include a number of administrative duties in order for you to support the team. These will include:
* Dealing with telephone and email enquiries.
* Arranging interviews, preparing interview packs, sending offer letters and follow ups.
* General admin support to include letter writing, data entry, filing etc.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years administration experience and ideally knowledge/experience within a HR/Personnel function. You need to be a confident MS Office and Outlook user and be generally good with systems!
This is a temporary role to start immediately working Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm. However there could be some long-term opportunities in the role for the right person.
