Lavenders Residential Care Home in West Malling provides excellent care for 53 older people in a high-quality environment, set in pleasant surroundings, and is highly regarded by the community.
We are looking for people to join our friendly Night Care team and who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to caring for older people.
SENIOR NIGHT CARER – Rate of Pay £9.90 - £11.00 Overtime £12.00 per hour (Shifts 20:00-08:00)
Must have minimum NVQ3 or equivalent and experience with medication
NIGHT CARER - Rate of Pay £8.15 - £9.20 Overtime £10.00 per hour (Shifts 20:00-08:00)
We provide excellent working conditions, which include paid breaks and fully funded training.
Experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided for suitable candidates.
All positions require working one weekend in two and are subject to a DBS check and satisfactory references.
We have a high staff to Resident ratio and you can be assured that you will be given the time and space to deliver person centred care every day.
