Graphic Design Professional / Office Assistant
An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Advanced Healthcare Ltd, the UK’s premier dental materials manufacturer. Continued expansion and growing sales mean we are now seeking a well-motivated and experienced graphic design professional / Office assistant to join our busy team.
Key responsibilities include: -
- The creation and design of packaging artwork for our own brand products.
- The amendment, adaption and reformatting of customer supplied artwork to suit both our internal and external printing systems.
- The printing of artwork for internal checking and approval by managers.
- The general maintenance and upkeep of our label printing equipment.
- Liaising with the Operations department to resolve printing issues.
Other duties to include: -
- Logging orders and sending confirmations to customers.
- Tracking customer order progress and updating them accordingly.
- Responding to customer enquiries with input from management.
- Website content management.
- General office administration as needed.
What we are looking for: -
- Previous graphic design experience is essential.
- Training in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw, etc. would be advantageous.
- A high level of computer literacy and MS Office proficiency.
- Ability to work under own initiative or as part of a team.
- Accuracy and an eye for detail is essential.
- Experience of Sage 200 or similar would be useful.
- Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with customers by telephone and e-mail.
This will be a varied role and will require the ability to be flexible and adaptable with a ‘can do’ attitude. For the right candidate this could be a rewarding position and would become a key function of our business.
Permanent full-time position.
24 days annual leave plus public holidays.
Auto enrolment pension scheme, including employer contribution of 5% of basic salary.
Salary dependent on experience.
