The Customer Service & Sales Advisor for NewMed Ltd will be supporting the Online Business Development Manager; they will nurture and secure new and existing customers and will work with the team in achieving the sales target.
The role will be office based but there may be occasional need to travel to clients or events and exhibitions.
Full Training will be provided.
Main Responsibilities:
• Assisting with the day to day sales tasks, processing orders and payments from customers
• Following up and posting brochure requests from customers.
• Answering email inquiries and incoming calls
• Adding website orders to our database.
• Processing returns and liaising with customers.
• Making up gift boxes and allocating stock to them
• Processing Tickets & Credit Notes on our stock system
• Making and confirming appointments via our booking system for our professional sales team.
Other duties that may be outside the usual day to day activities and possible travel.
