Submission Technology is a well-established, successful Digital Marketing company based in Turkey Mill, Maidstone. We have grown from a small, family run business to a thriving company employing over 50 staff. Due to internal promotion, we need a bright, willing Support Analyst with a minimum of 1 years experience within a 1st/2nd line support role to work within our 12 strong tech team. The position will involve providing 1st/2nd line support for all desktop & network support issues, maintaining the task system and performing regular triage of tasks, Office 365 administration, Windows back ups & restores, Active directory & phone system administration.
It is essential that candidates have skills & experience with Windows 10 support, Windows server 2016 support, MS Office suite & Network support - if you have experience of MS Exchange & Build management - both are highly desirable. A sense of humour is also great to have.
