Head Chef Required
The successful applicate would lead close kitchen team in a busy village inn & restaurant location
The applicate would be a senior sous chef looking for a new challenge or an experienced chef ready for the next level
Serving lunch & dinner plus catering for functions
Using fresh ingredients to create exciting menus, specials & desserts
To lead & develop the team to provide excellent quality meals
A very 'hands on' approach to lead by example
Working closely with the owners to ensure costings & budgets are achieved
Maintain all EHO standards & regulations
Bonuses awarded on maintaining and improving the GP%
Manage a wage budget for the team
Experienced & qualified
Own transport needed
5 day working week (includes weekends & evenings)
