HEAD CHEF – newly refurbished pub - £25-27,000 –
This beautiful village pub has recently re-opened under new ownership and as a result they are looking for a creative Head Chef to take over the day to day running of the kitchen.
Having undergone a refurbishment there is now a new kitchen to cater for the small 35 cover restaurant and further seating in the bar for 15 covers. They would like to offer fresh, seasonal cuisine and the successful candidate will be involved in designing the menus.
Other responsibilities will include sourcing suppliers, stock control, ordering, costing, maintaining a reasonable GP and ensuring all health, hygiene and safety procedures are in place and being adhered to.
This would be an exciting time to join this new venture as they have great plans for developing both the pub, the kitchen and several letting rooms upstairs.
