Working in a lovely recruitment team based in Tonbridge, the ideal candidate should have a recruitment consultancy background. The role is 9:00am to 5:30pm. Free Parking and excellent benefits. This is not a high street recruitment agency. Working in a niche team of consultants in the Care Industry.

The role is varied and you would be expected to deal with all recruitment needs.

You would recruit live-in carers from various sources, to include: website, appointed job boards, telephone enquiries, personal recommendations, and recruitment initiatives.

Role includes promptly screening applications and CVs, including online and paper and responding to telephone enquiries.

Also conducting thorough telephone interviews and providing all candidates with up to date information on the role of a live-in carer, assessing each applicant’s suitability for the role. Informing future candidates of the career opportunities by discussing the training opportunities available.

Meeting all candidates as part of the recruitment process and delivering induction training as and when required.

• Liaise with all departments, particularly the training department.
• To deliver induction training to all new carers as and when requested.
• To build a positive working relationship with all departments, as well as being flexible and supportive with your colleagues.

A good standard of education is needed, plus a background in recruitment is essential
