My client a well established recruitment consultancy is now looking for an Internal recruiter.
This role will encompass, searching, qualifying and interviewing the right candidates for my client as well as supporting some team members with administrative tasks.
This is a really great opportunity for someone who enjoys recruitment but is happy to focus on finding and being persuasive in encouraging potential candidates to work for my client.
Ideal candidate:
Current and previous recruitment experience in recruitment is essential.
Ideally good knowledge of I.T. recruitment
Excellent communications skills both verbally and written
Has experience in interviewing potential and experienced recruiters
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Understanding of how to represent a brand
Good candidate search experience and use of Linkedin and other search engines
Excellent organisational skills and attention for detail
Negotiable annual salary plus benefits
