Barker Munro recruitment ltd has two superb opportunities for candidates to work with one of the largest Independent broker who have a great reputation for staff retention.
The successful candidates will join a team of 20 insurance professionals working as an Account Handler in the SME team, dealing with cross-classes of commercial risks for clients paying between £250 and £5,000 in GWP as part of an overall book worth £2m commission to the business.
The role encompasses a combination of business development as well as dealing with client enquiries, identifying cross and up-selling opportunities and dealing with mid-term adjustments – ensuring all of which are dealt with in a professional and compliant manner.
The ability to service clients to a very high standard at all times is of paramount importance.
The classes of business will include Commercial Combined, Office, Property Owners, Shop, Public & Products Liability, Employers Liability, Business Interruption, Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers Liability, Group Travel and Cyber Liability.
The role with involve dealing with clients on the telephone and by written correspondence.
