Based at Head Office Maidstone.
We are looking to recruit a Parts Sales Advisor with excellent communication skills which make you ‘stand out from the crowd’! The right candidate will be numerate and literate with a prompt, courteous professional manner and excellent IT skills. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will undertake the receiving and processing of telephone and internet orders, ensuring customer accounts are managed effectively and the integration with other internal departments is maintained to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Role Purpose:
To maintain a high standard in customer care.
To achieve sales figures by delivering a high level of solution selling to both internal and external customers.
To maintain comprehensive, detailed and timely records.
To exemplify Haynes Ford Purpose, Principles and Ambition.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Meet and exceed sales targets by providing a consultative sales solution to both internal and external customers.
Deliver the necessary level of sales required by educating customers in the range of parts and accessories available which are appropriate for their needs.
Proactively identify new customers, and build an effective and profitable relationship.
Retain existing customers through effective customer management techniques.
Maintain electronic and paper records, and ensure they are up to date.
Promote and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Possess the drive and ability to identify new customers and build on providing a first class level of service.
Person Specification:
You will be a confident person showing sound interpersonal skills. Able to self-manage and maintain stock with a positive customer focussed attitude. Good all-round communication skills are essential with the ability to build strong commercial relationships.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Good Maths and English qualifications.
Good knowledge of IT, in particular Microsoft Office.
Experience in sales in a commercial environment
Experience in customer management and development.
