Go Resource are currently looking to recruit a part - time Payroll and Finance Clerk to join there existing team , this role will ideally suit a candidate that is looking for work on a part time basis and that is flexible on working hours .
Hours required would be Monday - Wednesday 0900 - 1600 hours and Friday 0900-1300 hours - 28 hours per week
Previous payroll experience would be an advantage as would experience of using Star Payroll as this is currently used in the operation alongside an in house front and back office recruitment software
The role will include all of the following :
* Data Entry and submission of hours for workers
* Cross Checking all Input of hours per client
* Upload of hours into Recruitment Software and import to Star
* Creating Bacs Submissions
* P45 Request
* Query Investigations
* Limited Co Driver Management
* Dealing with Pay Query Requests
* Dealing with Client Queries
Suitable candidates must have excellent attention to detail , operate extremely efficient as attention to detail with this role is a requirement.
Must have good PC skills with both Word and Excel and ability to use email efficiently, with customer services ability if dealing with both clients and temporary workers within the operation so must have good telephone skills and note taking ability .
