My client, a market leader within their field, are looking to hire a HR Generalist to undertake an interim assignment for up to one month.
The main duties of the role are:
* Processing new starters and leavers - ensuring appropriate documents are uploaded onto the system within a timely manner
* Assisting with monthly key management reports and statistics
* Assisting with the coordination of induction documents and overseeing the first day HR induction of new employees
* Providing guidance for employee benefits and managing probationary processes for employees
* The monitoring and reviewing of HR policies, processes and legislating: implementing changes where necessary
* Applying HR and business knowledge, evidencing appropriate decision-making skills
* Providing advice and coaching support to Managers concerning Employee Relations, Hearings plus Sickness and Absence
