My client have been established for 5 years, with 7 employees, directors have long recruitment history. Placing predominantly industrial, construction, Engineering and commercial markets, their aim is to be an extension of their clients business. They proved an honest and reliable service to their clients and candidates alike. They also have the required regulatory licensing in place for casual workers, as a lot of what they do are temporary workers.
They have a very hands on approach, visiting clients to really understand their business. Their contract manager spends time on sites getting to know clients and employees, working alongside the employees, to help integrate them into workplace.
Ideal Person
Previous recruitment experience is essential
Happy to muck in and help with the other consultants when needed as this is a collaborative and supportive environment.
Happy to work in an informal environment
Previous experience in contract recruitment an advantage
Hard work ethic
Tenacious and driven to succeed
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Negotiable basic salary with uncapped commission
