Are you a Transport Clerk/Administrator looking to join an exciting and vibrant company within a fast paced industry?Shift pattern choice - 4 days on/ 4 days off or Mon-FriReporting to the CLA Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily tasks of logistics & customer administration are completed. Whilst interacting with Transport, Despatch & Customer Contact Centre. Daily Tasks:*Debriefing all drivers on return to depot. Ensuring all questions are answered and all necessary paperwork is returned.*Checking all POD?s required are accurate and comply with the standards. Also, verifying that all adjustments are processed accurately.*Use of telematics tracking system to assist with day to day operation.*Processing of collection notes : Printing in preparation and checking upon return to site.*Recording of basket information into Excel.*Ensuring all driver tachograph cards are downloaded.*Engaging with drivers to find root cause of losses : providing feedback to CLA & Logistics Administrator*Working with Customer Contact Department to resolve complaints/issue within time frame.*Use POD?s to investigate customer claims through dispute system.Weekly/Monthly Tasks:*Collating reports when necessary, i.e. daily, weekly or periodically.*Analysis of reports, along with root cause investigation - feedback to be provided to relevant people.*Losses reports *Outstanding delivery/collection notes reportingSupport/Communications:*Providing any necessary admin support required by CLA Manager and/or Logistics Administrator.*Prompt and effective communications with the Central Customer Contact team.*Consistently providing the logistics teams with accurate figures to aid service excellence.*Clear and accurate communications in all conducts.*Flexibility to adjust shifts to cover holiday.
