Claims Handler

£20,000 - £24,000
Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a claims organisation offering specialist claims services to the insurance industry who undertake handling complex theft, accident and personal injury claims requiring careful investigation, efficient case management and fair, balanced reporting.
This interesting role requires applicants with some Claims handling experience ideally dealing with Motor claims. Any exposure to Vehicle Theft or RTC would be an advantage. Consideration will also be given to candidates who have worked in the Police.
Candidates should have a positive personality and the ability to think for yourself in a busy environment. You will need good telephone skills with a clear, confident manner, professional email and letter writing skills. Applicants should be customer focused with a calm, empathetic approach and the ability to negotiate effectively.
