This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Assistant who is looking for the flexibility "part-time" hours offer. My client, a well established company in Medway, pride themselves in Customer Service and are looking for a positive and enthusiastic Finance Assistant to become part of the team.
You will report to the Finance & Purchasing Officer and the Finance Director and support them by making sure client contracts and the CRM system is kept up-to-date. You will assist in raising Purchase Orders, ensure invoices are received by client, building & maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, and assisting with purchase ledger and sales invoices.
Industry experience in a similar role is essential. You will need a strong working knowledge of using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word, with excellent attention to detail and good verbal and written communication skills.
