My client an established I.T. Recruitment consultancy based in Tunbridge Wells are now looking for a recruitment Account Manager to join their team.
This is a role that would suit someone who likes to work in a supportive environment. where there are many vacancies to fill, and accounts to manage, as my client are on a number of PSL's.
This role is within walking distance of a mainline railway station
Ideal Person
Previous recruitment experience, ideally I.T. recruitment
Go getter with a can do attitude
If you don't have I.T. recruitment experience, previous sales experience with good knowledge and interest in I.T.
Excellent relationship building skills
Excellent rapport building skills
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Looking for a supportive recruitment agency, who offers a good work life balance in a mature thinking environment
Consultative sales person, who is self motivated.
Team player
Negotiable basic salary with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission
Town centre location
Within walking distance to mainline station
